  • Where the sun shines here.
  • From East to West.
  • The Lord is above all; Until the sun goes down.

Where he reigns, there are infinite blessings. Free the captive is finally. Tired you will find eternal rest. The earth, the sweet will inherit.

Praise be to Christ, forever with fervor, are you going to rule?I will applaud: Jesus is king!

Kingdoms and peoples everywhere, in their love, will sing. Young and old praise noisy, From Christ, the name, magnifying.

Praise be to Christ, forever with fervor, are you going to rule?I will applaud: Jesus is king!

May all being come to Christ to bring Honor and glory, yes, to resurrect angels with hymns from heaven; And the earth sings a loud amen!

Praise be to Christ, forever with fervor, are you going to rule?I will applaud: Jesus is king! (2x)

In the age of anthropocentric and repetitive songs of worship, the Christian Church must remember men like Isaac Watts, one of the great hymn composers in church history. In this seventh volume of the A Profile of Pious Men collection, author Douglas Bond shows us how Watts’ life and beautiful compositions can serve as a model to guide the new generations of poets involved in writing words for the congregational worship of the People of God.
