The meaning of the resurrection is that God is for us, his goal is to be with us, he wants to overcome all our sense of abandonment and alienation.
- Jesus’ Resurrection is God’s declaration to Israel and to the world that we cannot build our way to glory.
- But He intends to do the impossible to take us there.
The Resurrection is the divine promise that all who trust in Jesus will be the beneficiaries of God’s power to guide us on the paths of justice and through the valley of death.
Therefore, believing in your heart that God resurrected Jesus from the dead is much more than accepting a fact, means being sure that God is allied with you, transforms your life, and will preserve you for eternal bliss.
To believe in the resurrection is to trust in all the promises of life, hope, and justice emanating from it.
This means having such confidence in the power and love of God that no fear of material loss and no lust for earthly gain will induce us to disobey His will.
That is the difference between Satan and the Saints. O May God circumcis our hearts to love Jesus and rest in the resurrection of His Son.
