Our sinful corruption is so deep and so strong that it makes us slaves to sin and morally incapable of overcoming our own rebellion and blindness. Such an inability to save is total. We depend entirely on God’s grace to overcome our rebellion, to give us eyes to see, and indeed to draw near to the Savior.
? [We were] dead in our crimes. (Ephesians 2. 5)

The purpose of this course is to shed light on five important biblical doctrines that together form one of the pillars of support of the reformed faith: total depravity, unconditional choice, limited atonement, irresistible grace, and perseverance of the Saints. Doctrines, known as the five points of Calvinism, will be studied with the aim of urging the church to exalt God’s sovereign action in the salvation of his people.
