Please, as you read this, think radically about using your money. I believe that many Christians miss the opportunity to invest for eternity, saving orphans and the poor.
I believe that many Christians are being harmed and that the numbers add up to tens of millions.
- Paul gathered other churches for the church in Jerusalem.
- We have seen that the church is God’s organization.
- Churches help churches.
- Therefore.
- Paul made donations to church leaders in Jerusalem (Acts 11:29-30).
- This illustrates all your collections.
- So the Bible talks about what we should do with our money: we have to help churches in poor places.
Unfortunately, something tragic happened in Britain; we have stopped donating to churches and instead are donating to organizations. Does a consulting organization receive more than 4. 5 million pounds a year?just to give some advice. Another group that does not preach Christ receives 2. 75 million a year, and a group that has had speakers who deny Christ receives more than 60 million a year, something is not right at all.
My advice to you is this: make a donation to the church where God has united you. Of course, this must be our first responsibility: meat must be fed.
And please, I would like to ask leaders in church life, after using the money needed to spend on the work the Lord called us to, we could give our money for a year to the evangelical churches where they need it. Can you imagine how much I could get out of it?You can imagine the joy you will feel if the church you help grows. Notice the millions given to organizations that simply cannot justify their existence in the Bible, many of which do much more harm than good. And think of the organization that God has established, the church, how it perfectly meets the needs of the poor as no human institution could. It’s time to reform the Biblical budget. People will be angry, but Christ will be glorified and Britain’s poor will hear the gospel. Think about whether all the money from only the organizations mentioned (or even only the first two) was given to evangelical churches in the poorest parts of our country, which could happen.
Every time you think of this area, I thank God for this church, this Church gathered by God, bought with the blood of Christ, reflecting heaven in a world under the wrath of God, and can anyone unite if he believes in Jesus and is baptized?and your church will be a cooperator. It’s time to change budgets.
If your church does this, it means there will be genuine cooperation in the gospel. I imagine the blessings of the kingdom will be immense.
