Jesus died so that heterosexual and homosexual sinners could be saved. Jesus created sexuality and has a clear desire to know how to live in holiness and joy.
His will is for a man to leave his father and mother, to join his wife, and for the two to become one flesh (Ms. 10:6-9). In this union, sexuality finds its meaning designated by God, either on the physical plane. -personal union, symbolic representation, sensual satisfaction or fruitful procreation.
- For those who have abandoned God’s God-defined path of sexual realization and have entered into homosexual relationships.
- Fornication or heterosexual extramarital adultery.
- Jesus offers surprising mercy.
“So were some of you; But you have been washed, but you have been sanctified, but have you been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. ?(1C 6. 11).
But on June 26, 2015, this release of guilty sexual acts was not adopted, but there has been a massive institutionalization of sin.
In a 5-4 decision, the U. S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot prohibit same-sex marriage.
The Bible is not silent about these decisions. In parallel with his very clear explanation of the sin of the homosexual relationship (Romans 1:24-27), there is the charge of its approval and institutionalization, although people intuitively know that homosexual acts (with gossip, slander, insolence, pride, vanity, lack of faith, lack of heart, cruelty) are not only sins, but also approve of those who do (Rom. 29-32) Because many walk among us , of which I have told you many times and now I tell you, even in tears, that you are enemies of the Cross of Christ. Is your glory in your infamy? (Philippians 3:18-19).
Is that what made our country’s highest court today, knowing that these acts are wrong, but approving ‘those who do’.
I have the impression that we don’t realize the calamity that’s happening around us. The new one for America and for history? This transgression has been there since we were all torn apart by the fall of man. (And there’s a great distinction, between propensity and action?Just as there is a big difference between my propensity for pride and the act of bragging. )
What is new is not the celebration or approval of homosexual sin. Homosexual behavior has been explored, celebrated and celebrated in art for millennia. What is new is regularization and institutionalization. This is the new calamity.
My main reason for writing this article is not to mount a political counterattack, I do not believe that this is the call of the church as such, my reason for writing is to help the church feel the sadness of these days and the scale of the attack on God and his image in man.
Christians, more clearly than others, can see the next wave of pain. Sin brings its own misery: ?? Men, they ignite in their sensuality, committing vileness, men with men, and receiving, in themselves, the punishment deserved for their mistake. (Rom. 1,27).
And, in addition to the self-destructive power of sin, finally comes the final wrath of God 😕 Prostitution, impurity, lustful passion, evil desire and greed, which is idolatry; for these things comes the wrath of God (Cl 3,5-6).
Christians know what will happen, not only because we see it in the Bible, but because we savor the painful fruit of our own sins; we cannot escape the truth that we reap what we sow; our marriages, our children, our churches, our all institutions are disturbed by our sins.
The difference is: we mourn for our sins, we do not celebrate them. We don’t institutionalize them. We turn to Jesus for forgiveness and help. We cry out to Jesus, “who delivers us from the coming wrath” (1Qs 1. 10).
And in our best moments, we mourn for the world and for our own nation. In Ezekiel’s time, God set a mark of hope – he marks the foreheads of men who sighed and groaned for all the abominations that are committed in the midst. [Jerusalem]. ? (Ez 9. 4).
That’s why I write. This is not a political action, but a love for the name of God and compassion for the city of destruction.
“Torrents of water are born from my eyes, for men do not keep thy law (Psalm 119:136).
