The five biblical doctrines of grace are:

Unhappy that I am! Who will free me from the body of this death? Thank God for Jesus Christ our Lord. So I myself, with my spirit, am a slave to the law of God, but according to the flesh, to the law of sin. Romans 7: 14-25
