The doctrine is (eternal life depends on it!)

Christianity is much more than believing in a good doctrine.

But it’s no less than that.

  • You can have the right doctrine and not be a Christian.
  • You can know many real notions about Jesus and not be saved.
  • The devil doesn’t know who Jesus really is.
  • In the Gospels.
  • Demons are the first beings to recognize the true identity of Jesus.
  • Christ.
  • You can know real things and not be a Christian.

But you can’t be a Christian without knowing the real things

Some doctrines are absolutely essential. You may know some truths and you are still lost, but there are truths without which you will not be found. What we believe about Jesus is one of those truths.

“Stay in you what you have heard from the beginning; If what you have heard from the beginning remains in you, will you also remain in the Son and in the Father? Is that the promise he made to us himself, eternal life?( 1 John 2: 24-25).

If you are interested in abiding in Jesus and the Father, you will be concerned with the truth that abides with you, will we not know God if we do not know the truth? Which is another way of saying: you cannot get to heaven without theology. 1 John’s promise is that if the truth abides in you, you will abide in God and receive what has been promised to you: eternal life.

So what if you care about eternity, if you care about your friends, children, and family who don’t know Jesus?he will worry about telling them about Christ and implore them to receive him. Because if you don’t know the Son, you don’t know the Father either?Doesn’t it matter how spiritual, and kind, or how many positive things they say about God.

Let us not send people into the world with a simply vague notion that Jesus saves without teaching them the details about the Jesus that really saves. Jesus is a Savior to all kinds of people, but not to all types of Jesus except.

Do you know Jesus Christ? Will you seek to know this Jesus? The one we found in the Word, the one who dwells in you by the Holy Spirit, the one you received when you became a Christian?and you never change your mind about it? It is no exaggeration to say that heaven is at stake, your eternal happiness depends on it.
