I. The role of the Holy Spirit at the end of Jesus’ life
A. Hebrews 9:14: When Jesus offered Himself as an atoning sacrifice on the cross, the Holy Ghost supported Him.
I. Jesus felt the father’s abandonment in enduring the judgment of God’s wrath on sin.
II. . The Holy Spirit supported Jesus on the cross and allowed him to bear the sins of the world.
B. The Holy Spirit confirmed Jesus with his transformative power in the Resurrection (Romans 1. 4).
