September 10th? In and out

Verse of the Day: You will be blessed when you enter and blessed when you leave (Deuteronomy 28. 6).

The blessings promised at the time of the law have not been nullified. Jesus confirmed the promise when He endured pain. If I keep my Lord’s commandments, I can accept this promise without any doubt.

  • That day I will enter my house without fear of bad news; I will also enter my room in the hope of hearing good news from my Lord; I will not be afraid to enter myself to beath my heart; nor will I be afraid to come to my activities by making diligent inspection of my commitments.
  • I have a lot of work to do in my own soul.

I have to go, too. Shyness leaves me with the desire to stay behind closed doors and never return to the sinful world again, but I must go out and fulfill my vocation, so that it may be useful to my brothers and sisters and the wicked, I must be an advocate of faith and resist evil. Oh, I’m blessed to go out today! Lord, make me walk wherever you take me, fulfilling your mission, under your command, in the power of the Holy Ghost!

Lord Jesus, enter my house and be my host; then walk with me and burn my heart, as you talk to me along the way.
