Verse of the day 😕 I’m not asking you to take them out of the world. ?(John 17:15)
For all believers, coming home to be with Jesus at the time determined by God will be a happy and blessed event. In a few years, the soldiers of Christ who are now fighting the good battle of faith (see 1 Timothy 6. 12). Will end your conflict and enter into the joy of your Lord. Although Christ pleaded that his people, at the right time, should be where they are, He did not ask that his people be immediately taken from this world to heaven. wants believers to stay here. However, how many times does the tired pilgrim offer a prayer like this: “I would like to have pigeon wings!Would you like to fly and find a landing? (Ps 55:6), but Christ does not pray like this. He leaves us in the hands of His Father, until, with our ears completely ripe, each of us is gathered together in the barn of our Lord.
- Jesus does not ask for our instant elimination through death.
- Because staying in the flesh is necessary for others.
- If it is not beneficial to us.
- The Lord Jesus asked us to be preserved from evil.
- When believers face affliction.
- They often have the desire to die.
- Ask them why and they will say.
- “We want to be with Christ.
- “We fear that it is not because they aspire to be with the Lord.
- But because they want to get rid of their problems.
- They would feel this desire to die at other times.
- When they were not under the pressure of trials.
- They want to come home.
- Not so much for the Savior’s company as for resting.
Now, having the desire to leave is right, if we can feel it as the Apostle Paul felt, being with Christ is much better. But the desire not to be tested is selfish; your desire must be to glorify God, through your life in this world, for as long as He wills; although it takes place amid conflict, intense work and suffering, say, “Enough is enough!”
