God works for you
Verse of the day: I look at the mountains: where will help come from?My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. It will not allow your feet to wobble; Whoever takes care of you will not sleep (Psalm 121: 1-3).
You need help? Need. Where are you looking for help?
When the Psalmist looked up at the mountains and asked, “Where will help come from?”He said, “My help comes from the Lord,” not from the mountains, but from the God who made the mountains.
Thus he remembered two great truths: one is that God is a powerful Creator who is above all the problems of life; the other is that God never sleeps.
God is a tireless worker. Think of God as a worker in your life. Yes, it’s amazing. We are inclined to see ourselves as laborers in God’s life, but the Bible wants us to be surprised that God is a laborer in our lives at first: since ancient times it has not been heard, either with ears or with eyes. God has been seen beyond you, who works for him who waits in him?(Isaiah 64,4).
God works for us all the time. He doesn’t take days off and doesn’t sleep, in fact, he’s so willing to work for us that he’s looking for more work for people who trust him:?As for the Lord, his eyes travel the earth, to be strong toward those whose hearts are entirely his. ?(2 Chronicles 16. 9).
God likes to show his tireless power, wisdom, and kindness by working for the people who trust him. Jesus was the main means by which the Father showed this: “Did the Son of man himself not come to be served, but to serve?(Mark 10. 45) Jesus works for his disciples, serves them.
Is this what we must believe, really believe, always rejoicing (1 Thessalonians 5:16) and always giving thanks for everything (Ephesians 5:20), that we may have the peace of God, which surpasses all intelligence?(Philippians 4. 7) and that we may not worry about anything (Philippians 4. 6), that we may hath our lives (John 12:25) and why do we love [our] neighbor as [ourselves]?(Matthew 22:39).
How true! What a reality! God is awake all night and all day to work for those who wait for him.
