Verse of the day: He who treats the fig tree shall eat of the fruit; and he who cares for his lord will be honored (Proverbs 27. 18).
Whoever cares for the fig tree will receive figs as a reward; he who deals with the things of a good master enjoys honor as a reward. In fact, the Lord Jesus is the best of all lords; it is an honor to be able to do the most insignificant work for him: serving knights is like caring for wild apple trees and eating wild apples as a wage; Serving my Lord Jesus is like caring for a fig tree that produces very sweet figs. In itself, serving Jesus is a delight; Staying in this service means a promotion, doing so with dedication is synonymous with happiness in this world, and the reward of serving Jesus is the glory to come.
- We will receive our greatest honor when figs are harvested.
- In the world to come.
- The angels who now serve on our behalf will take us home when we have finished our daily work.
- Heaven.
- Where Jesus is.
- Will be our honorable abode; eternal bliss.
- Our honorable inheritance; and the Lord Himself.
- Our honorable companionship.
- Who can imagine the full meaning of this promise: “He who cares for his master will be honest?Sir.
- Help me take care of your business.
- Make me give up any idea of receiving an honor.
- Until you honor me yourself.
- May the Holy Spirit make me a humble and patient worker!.
