Verse of the day: Fear not the sudden fear or onslation of the wicked when he comes, for the Lord will be your salvation and prevent your feet from stopping (Proverbs 3:25-26).
When the Lord manifests his judgments everywhere, He does not want His people to be alarmed; it comes not to hurt, but to defend the righteous.
- The Lord wants His people to show courage; we.
- Who enjoy God’s presence.
- Must manifest serenity; Even if the Lord comes suddenly.
- We should not be surprised at all unexpectedly; serenity in the face of the rapid arrival and concern of the unexpected evils is a precious gift of God’s love.
The Lord wants his eldes to exercise discernment, so that they may realize that the desolation of the wicked is not the true calamity of the universe. Only sin is evil; the punishment that accompanies it is a conservative salt destined to preserve the world from rot. We should be more horrified by the sin that hell deserves than by hell that is the result of sin.
Therefore, God’s people must also show great peace of mind; Satan and his descendants are full of subtlety. However, those who walk with God will not be caught in their deceptive traps. Go ahead, believe in Jesus, and let the Lord Jesus be your trust.
