Verse of the day: Do not be afraid before them, for with you I am to deliver you, said the LORD (Jeremiah 1. 8).
Whenever fear arises in our hearts, causing us to waver, we run the risk of falling into sin. We must also be terrified of vanity and cowardice. Let us dare to be like Daniel, Our great captain must be served by brave soldiers.
- What a great reason we find in this promise to be brave!God is with those who are with him.
- God will never be far away when the time comes for battle.
- Who are you to fear the men who will perish? Will you lose control of the situation? Your God.
- Whom you serve.
- Will find bread and water for your servants.
- Can’t you trust him?Is his attitude damaging your bones and prayer?Hold him for Christ’s sake and rejoice in this attitude of his enemies.
God is with the righteous, the true, the saints, to deliver them; It’ll set you free, too. Remember how Daniel came out of the lion pit and how his three young friends came out of the fire oven. Their situation is not as desperate as theirs. But if so, the Lord will guide you through this and make you more than a winner. Don’t be afraid; Don’t be afraid to be afraid. Your worst enemy is in you. Kneel down and ask for help; Then get up and say, “Will I trust and not be afraid?(Is 12,2).
