June 10th? Daily devotion CHARLES SPURGEON

Verse of the day: “We live for the Lord. ” (Romans 14. 8)

God willing, each of us would have been taken to heaven at the time of conversion. It was not absolutely necessary, in our preparation for immortality, for us to dwell in this world. A person may be brought to heaven and willing to partake of the Saints’ legacy in the light, even if he has just believed in Jesus. It is true that our sanctification is a long and continuous process, and we will only be perfect when we leave our bodies and enter the veil; But although the Lord wanted to do so, he may have changed our state, from imperfection to perfection, and transported us immediately to heaven.

  • Why are we here? Would our God keep one of his children out of heaven for a time longer than necessary? Why is the army of the living God still on the battlefield.
  • When an order could give you victory? Why are his children still wandering here and there.
  • Through a labyrinth.
  • When a word from his lips would bring them to the center of their hopes in heaven? The answer is: they are here to live for the Lord and bring others to the knowledge of his love.
  • We are in this world as sowers of the good seed; like plows.
  • To plow through the wasteland; as heralds.
  • To proclaim salvation.
  • Are we here like him? The salt of the earth? (Matthew 5:13).
  • To be a blessing to the world.
  • We are here to glorify Christ in our daily lives.
  • To work for him and cooperate with him (see 2 Corinthians 6: 1).
  • Let’s make our lives achieve these goals.
  • Let us live in fervor.
  • Usefulness and holiness.
  • To the praise of the glory of his grace (see Ephesians 1: 6).
  • In the meantime.
  • We look forward to being with him and singing daily:.

My heart is with him on his throne, and the delay will hardly last;

At all times, waiting to hear the voice, “Get up, come without delay!?
