Verse of the day: How sweet your words are to my palate, more than honey in my mouth!(Psalm 119,103)
Never reduce Christianity to a question of demands, resolutions and will; it’s about what we love, what we value, what we value as good for us.
- When Jesus came into the world.
- Humanity was divided according to what He loved.
- Light came into the world and men loved darkness more than light; Why was your job bad?(John 3:19).
- The righteous and the wicked are separated by what they love: God’s revelation or the way of the world.
However, someone may ask: How can I be pleased in the Word of God?My answer would be twofold:
1) Pray for new flavors in the language of your heart;
2) Ponder God’s wonderful promises to your people.
The same psalmist who said: “How sweet are your words to my taste? (119,103), said before:” Reveal my eyes, can I behold the wonders of your law? “(119,18). Because having a sacred taste in the language of the heart is a gift from God. No man is naturally hungry and appreciates the wisdom of God.
However, when you have prayed, and even prayed, ponder the blessings God promises his people and the joy of having the Almighty God as his help now and as his eternal hope.
Who wouldn’t want to read a book that would change Lebanon’s cedar straw from a sandstorm in Texas to a Hawaiian garden?Basically, nobody wants to be straw? Rootless, useless, useless. We all want to fuerzas. de in a deep river of reality and become successful and useful people.
This river of reality is the Word of God and all the great saints have been magnified by him.
