JOHN OWEN
The Holy Spirit who lives in us guides us and guides us, basically, he usually enlightens our minds, giving us eyes and understanding, shining in us, transporting us from darkness to his wonderful light, through which we can see the way, know the way. ways and discern the things of God (?). It gives us a new light and understanding, through which we are generally able to “discern, understand, and receive spiritual things. “Strength comes, like light, through the outpouring of the Spirit upon us; strength to receive and practice all your graceful discoveries (?) From this home of the Spirit, we receive support. Our hearts are ready to sink and fail when they are tested; in fact, even a small thing could cause us to fall: the flesh and the heart, and everything in us, are about to fail (?) But the Spirit helps us, sustains us, carries this disease that is ready to overcome us.
LEO SCHUSTER
I have always been impressed by Jesus’ words: “Without me you can do nothing. It is an overwhelming and renewed reminder that Jesus is our need, which, from start to finish, is not partial, but total. “giving us his Holy Spirit, Christ has given us everything we need and more, from start to finish. The Holy Spirit gives us life. It fills our lives and directs us to what life is. It gives us life where our partida. no is simply the fact that we are spiritually needed, but because we die in sin. Our spiritual life begins when the Holy Spirit regenerates us, giving us a new life. When you turn our stone hearts into hearts of flesh, the truth of God’s Word is real to us; therefore, we freely accept Christ as offered to us in the Gospel. It reminds us that being a Christian is not being a better person, but being a new person, only by the grace of God, just by faith.
This not only brings us to life, but also fills our lives. When we become Christians, God the Father adopts us as children and gives us his Spirit of adoption. He comes to live in us and fills us, and in doing so, he does?Does he guide us as a counselor? to persevere, to convince us of our sin, to strengthen us in Christ, to encourage us in the way we should live, to help us pray, and even to pray for ourselves when we are too weak for All This, it develops as Christ, allowing us to do the good works that God has prepared beforehand for us , gives us specific gifts to use and help build the body of Christ, to love, serve, and obey God.
He gives us life. It fills our lives. Finally, it shows us who life is. Jesus said 😕 [The Spirit] will glorify me, for he will take my own thing and make it known to you (Jn 16:14). The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Christ, does not draw attention to himself, but glorifies Jesus and gives us the grace to do the same, doing what life is our life, our love. The Beginning and the End has given us his Spirit to provide everything we need, from start to finish, he gives us life, fills our lives, and designates what life is.
God the Spirit, do your will in us. Shine your light on the secret sins of our hearts. Equip us for tasks that are too difficult for us. Rejoice in what delights you, intercede for us, and open our eyes to fully understand the Word of Truth, Amen.
