Five tips for parents with 40-year-olds

The coronavirus pandemic, combined with school recess, meant children had to stay home. From this perspective, many parents experienced great stress due to the accumulation of energy of children who, due to limited space, ran, jumped, played and screamed in small houses or apartments.

That said, to help parents cope with this moment of “child limitation,” I present five tips for managing 40-year-olds, otherwise let’s look at:

1. Tell stories. Forty is a great opportunity for you to tell bible stories to your children.

2. Play with your kids using strollers, dolls and various toys

3. Use educational games. Containment is a great opportunity to teach your children to win and lose.

4. Give them household chores. Children can and should learn how to make their bed, store their clothes and, when they are older, sweep the house, wash dishes or even clean an open area of the house.

5. Watch movies and use TV to generate healthy conversations, discussions, and discussions about life, family, relationships with parents, grandparents, school, and church.
