Five awards for generosity
Verse of the Day: Share the needs of the Saints; Practice hospitality (Romans 12:13).
- What are the rewards if we trust God’s promises.
- Give generously.
- And open our homes to others and those in need?.
Generous and cozy houses are close to the center of life in Christ. The reasons why we don’t open our checkbook and homes as often as we should have their origins in the bondage of fear and greed. The remedy is the pleasure of Christ’s presence and the certainty of his promise: “And my God, according to his richness in glory, will provide, in Jesus Christ, for each of your needs?”(Philippians 4:19).
Our reward is the demonstration of God’s glory, the good of others, and the joy of loving Christ forever. Therefore, I urge you: Share the needs of the Saints; practice hospitality ?.
