Faithful reproduction of the convention (2/2)? Photos and more

The Faithful Conference always brings great knowledge, both of preaching and communion with our brothers and sisters; However, as Washer reminds us, we know a lot more than we will put into practice throughout our Christian life, so let’s grow in both learning and practice. In practice, Washer reminds us of some of the basic disciplines of Paul Washer’s Message to the Brazilian Christians we record.

What did you learn from preaching the Faithful Conference?

Mauro Meister, the Presbyterian reverend who translated Joel Beeke this year, said:

At the end of this year’s Faithful Conference, a summary of what I’ve learned and what I need to do. Here’s my reflection:

I also learned

Then help me the Lord.

Thank you, Lord, for the instruments you used for this!

One thing that also marked me at the conference was the preaching of Leonardo Sahium: God’s Mercy for an Unbalanced World. I have summarized this preaching as follows: “Mercy makes you fruitful. “I see this in several parables of Jesus about fruiting 30, 60, 100 for one, in the woman I loved most, for she was most forgiven (Luke 7:47) and in Paul’s life saying

But, by the grace of God, I am who I am; and his grace, which was bestowed upon me, was not in vain; I used to work much harder than everyone else; However, not me, but God’s grace with me (1C 15:10).

Is there a direct relationship between action and awareness of God’s grace and mercy with our productivity in our Christian life?In every way, not just in evangelization.

Speaking now of preaching, I know it’s hard to say which one was the best, but I, Vinecius, vote for perseverance until the end of Joel Beeke. Is God so wonderful (and sovereign) that this preaching was one?Bonus?took place due to cancellation of Paul Washer’s flight.

What message has marked you the most?

We collect in a Facebook album several photos that we take at the event.
