Does a Christian want to come in and worship? Alexandre Mendes (Sacha)

At the 2015 Young Faithful Conference, we will work on the theme “The Church for which Christ died”.

Today, a lot of people have the mentality? Oh, I don’t need to go to the service, worship is just a formality. Can I pray, praise God, see a preaching on the Internet, all at home, thus replacing community worship with private devotion.

Is community worship still important in this century? In this video, Sacha Mendes answers this question.

Our generation exalts the individual who makes and arrives. Our heroes are supermen who only save humanity. And so we create a culture of loneliness. Win by your own strength or be a loser.

But we’re not alone. We are a body in Jesus Christ, we were bought for your blood. Saved from darkness by light, we no longer seek our own interests, we do not conform to the model of this world, we have a new purpose in life. Stable in one spirit, in one purpose, we seek to reflect the glory of God. Together, we form the perfect body. Together we are the Church of Christ and the gates of hell will not prevail against us.

At this XIII Conference of Faithful Youth, come and reflect with us on “the Church for which Christ died”.

We look forward to seeing you among us!
