THE WOMAN AS A WIFE
Women share equal honor with men, but have different roles: “pay tribute to women”, how are their joint heirs of the grace of life? (1 Peter 3. 7).
- God hears that most women get married :?And the Lord God says.
- It is not good for man to be alone; Will I help you?(Genesis 2.
- 18).
One woman must hold on to her husband, leaving behind another:?And will it be both meat? (Genesis 2, 24).
The woman must be willing to submit to her husband’s leadership: “Just as the church is subject to Christ, are submissive women to their husbands in everything?
Should a woman learn to do it? You will love your role as a wife and mother and train there: older women. Should [I] teach new women to be careful, to love their husbands, to love their children?(Titus 2. 2-4).
Most women will find their calling at home: ?? good housewives, submissive to their husbands, so that the word of God is not blasphemed (Titus 2. 5).
A woman must convince a sinful husband for his docile and serene behavior:?Also, women, be submissive to their husbands; so that, if some of them do not obey the word, they may be won without words by the coming of their wives, considering their chaste and fearful conduct?(1Pe 3. 1-2).
The wife has a duty to have sex with her husband: “The husband pays the wife due benevolence, and the wife also pays the husband. The woman has no power over her own body, but her husband has it; and in the same way, the husband has no power over his own body, but the wife has it. Do not deprive one another, but by mutual agreement for some time, to devote onesese to fasting and prayer; then they come back together, isn’t it that Satan tempts them because of their incontinence?(1C 7. 3-5).
Women can work outside the home to help the family financially: • examine a property and acquire it; he plantes a vine with the fruit of his hands. Do you make beautiful linen fabrics and sell them and distribute belts to merchants?(Pv 31. 16, 24).
The woman as a mother
The woman must (to the extent that God gives her grace) have many children, thus producing a holy seed:?Fruit and multiply, fill the earth and feed it? (Genesis 1. 28).
The woman plays an important role in the spiritual formation of her children:?Remembering the sincere faith that exists in you, that you first lived in your grandmother Loid, and in your mother Eunice, and I’m sure she lives in you too?(2 Tim 1: 5).
For most women, caring for their husbands and children will be their main vocation in life:?Virtuous woman who will find her? Its value far exceeds that of rubies. His children stand up and say it is a blessing; Your husband too, and he rents you out?(Pv 31. 10, 28).
The woman in the church
Women cannot preach, teach, or exercise authority over men in the church:?The woman learns in silence, with all submission. But do I not allow a woman to teach or exercise her authority over her husband, but to remain silent?(1 Timothy 2: 11-12).
Women should not speak at public meeting :?Your women shut up in churches; because they are not allowed to speak; but are they subdued, as the law also commands?(1C 14. 34)
A woman should seek her husband’s spiritual leadership:?And if you want to learn something, ask your own husband at home; Why is it disgraceful for women to speak in church?(1C 14. 35).
Women can serve in church by other means:?To have a testimony of good deeds: if you raised your children, if you exercised hospitality, if you washed the saints’ feet, if you helped the afflicted, if you did your best?Right job? (1 mt 5. 10)

“Beauty deceives and futile beauty, but will the woman who fears the Lord be praised?(Pv 31. 30).
THE MAN AS A HUSBAND
God wants most men to get married:?And the Lord God said, It is not good for man to be alone; Will I help you?(Genesis 2. 18).
A man must hold on to his wife, forgetting any other woman:?Then the man will leave his father and mother, and cling to his wife, and both shall be flesh?(Gen 2:24).
Must the husband be the head? From his wife, securing leadership and taking responsibility for the leadership of the whole family:?Because the husband is the head of the woman, just as Christ is the head of the church?So, just as the church is submissive to Christ, are women subject to their husbands in everything?(Eph 5:19-24).
The husband must love his wife with sacrifice, being willing to abdicate from all his interests in favor of his holiness: “You husbands love your wives, as Christ loved the church and pleased her” (Ephesians 5:25).
* A husband should love and care for his wife: “Therefore, husbands should love their own wives as well as their own bodies. Who loves his wife, loves himself? (Eph 5. 28).
The husband must be understandable and kind to his wife:?Also, husbands, live with them with understanding, honoring the woman, as a more fragile ship?(1P 3. 7).
The husband must grant his wife as a joint heir in Christ: you are his joint heirs of the grace of life; so your prayers are not hampered. (1Pe 3. 7).

The man as a father

Man has the first duty in the discipline of his children: “In addition, have we had our fathers according to the flesh, to correct and venerate them?”(Heb 12. 9 with Dt 6. 6ss, Eph 6. 4).
Man should not infuriate or frustrate his children by being arbitrary, inconsistent or unfair in his leadership:?And you parents don’t provoke the wrath of your children?(Ep 6. 4).
Man as a spiritual leader
Man has the primary responsibility for his wife’s sanctification:?Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the Church and gave himself for her, to sanctify her, to purify her by washing the water, by word, to present for herself a glorious church, unspotted, wrinkle-free, or otherwise holy and unimpeachable?(Ephesians 5: 25-27).
Does man have the primary responsibility for the Christian upbringing of his children?And do you, the parents, not provoke the wrath of your children, but raise them in the doctrine and admonition of the Lord?(Ep 6. 4). And these words which I command you today will be in your heart; And will you teach your children and tell them about them sitting at home, walking down the road, lying down and getting up?(Dt 6. 6ss).
Man has the primary responsibility to exercise leadership in the church:?However, I do not allow the woman to teach, nor use authority over her husband, but to remain silent?(1 Tim 2. 11ss). Your women shut up in churches; because they are not allowed to speak; but they are subject, as the law also requires. And if you want to learn something, ask your own husbands at home; Why is it disgraceful for women to speak in church?(1 Corinthians 14: 34-35).
Latest thoughts
Man was created in the image of God to reflect his glory, honor, and dominion. Because sinful men rebel against God, they can only attack his image, especially in terms of what it means to be a man.
In the modern world, there is perhaps no doctrine more offensive today (other than that Jesus is the only way to God) than the duty of godly wives to respect, honor, and submit to the guidance of their husbands.
However, let us never give ammunition to the adversary, but focus on man as a pious, loving and altruistic leader in the house. This will not only defuse attacks on the truth of God’s Word, but also ensure that our homes are peaceful, enriching, and joyful to all family members.
