Verse of the day: He who does all things according to the counsel of his will (Ephesians 1:11).
Our belief in the sovereignty of God presupposes that he has a specific plan and purpose for salvation. What would creation be without God’s planning? Is there a fish in the sea or a bird in the sky that was formed by chance? No. In every bone, muscle, joint, tendon, gland, and blood vessel, we can see the hand of a God who does all things according to the purpose of his infinite wisdom. And the God who is present in creation, ruling all things, will he not be present in grace? If the divine council rules the old creation, will not the new creation preside over the skillful genius of the sovereign will? Here is providence! Who does not know that not even a sparrow falls to the ground without the consent of the Father? Even the hairs on your head are all numbered. God raises the mountains of our affliction and weighs the mountains of our tribulations in the balance. Is there a God in providence and not in grace? Was the shell determined by wisdom and the core left to a blind eye? No way!
- God knows the end from the beginning.
- Instead.
- He sees not only the cornerstone he has set in beautiful colors.
- In the blood of his beloved Son.
- But also contemplates.
- In his rightful place.
- Each of the chosen stones drawn from the career of nature and polished by his son.
- Grace.
- He sees the whole.
- From the corner to the ledge.
- From the foundations to the ceiling.
- From the beginning to the top.
- In his mind.
- God has a clear knowledge of every stone that will be placed in the prepared place.
- What will be the width of the prey.
- And when the last stone will be brought.
- With cries of: “Thank you.
- Thank you!?Finally.
- Everyone will clearly see that.
- In all the chosen glasses of mercy.
- The Lord did with his people what he himself wanted.
- In all aspects of the work of grace.
- He fulfilled his purpose and glorified his own name.
