April 4th? Daily devotion CHARLES SPURGEON

Verse of the day: “He that knew no sin, for us, made him sin, that in him we may be done righteousness to God” (2 Corinthians 5. 21).

The sad believer, why are you crying?Look at your perfect Lord and remember that you are complete in Him. In God’s eyes, you are as perfect as if you had never sinned. And more than that, the Lord of our righteousness has clothed you. in divine clothing, so that you may have more than human justice?you have the righteousness of God. You who weep for innate sin or corruption, remember: none of your sins can condemn you. You have learned to hate sin, but you have also learned that sin is no longer in you, it has been put into Christ. Is not your steadfastness in you?it is in Christ. The foundation of your acceptance with God is not in yourself, it is in your Lord. accepted before God today, with all your sins, as you will be when you stand before His throne, free from corruption.

  • Take possession of this precious thought: perfection is in Christ.
  • You are complete in Him.
  • Dressed in the clothes of your Lord.
  • You are as holy as he is: Christ.
  • Dead and risen.
  • Is seated at the right hand of God.
  • Interceding for us (see Romans 8.
  • 34).
  • What are you afraid of? Let your face always have a smile.
  • Live near your master Live on the outskirts of Heavenly City.
  • Therefore.
  • When your time comes.
  • You will be taken to the place where Jesus sits and reigns with him.
  • Just as He conquered and sat at the right hand of your Father.
  • For us; so that in him we may be made righteous to God?(2 Corinthians 5.
  • 21).
