Verse of the day: “In the face of all this, we have established a faithful covenant” (Nehemiah 9:38).
There are many times when we may have a desire to renew the covenant with God. When, like Ezekiel, we have additional years of our existence, after recovering from illness, we can easily renew our covenant. After the liberation of affliction, when we rejoice again, we must visit the cross again and renew our consecration; In particular, we must do so as a result of a sin that saddens the Holy Ghost or dishonours God’s cause, so let us look at the blood that can make us whiter than snow and, once again, offer ourselves to the Lord.
- We must not allow our afflictions to confirm our devotion to God; our prosperity must also do so; if we already face situations that deserve to be called ‘crowns of mercy’.
- Then.
- Of course.
- Those who have bestowed such honors on us must also be honored.
- Jewels of divine privilege that have been preserved in the boxes of our hearts and which God feels on the throne of our love.
- Dressed in royal garments.
- If we learned to enjoy our prosperity.
- We would not need so many situations of adversity.
- If with a kiss we had all the good he could give us.
- We wouldn’t suffer so many times under the stick.
Have we received blessings that we did not expect, did the Lord put our feet in a spacious place, can we sing your mercy?Let us put our hands on the horns of the altar and say, “Hold me here, O God; hold me here, firmly, forever. Since we need the fulfillment of God’s new promises, let us offer new prayers so that our old vows are not dishonored. Let us make a sure covenant with him for the pains of Jesus that we have seen with gratitude in the past.
