Verse of the day: Meditate on these things and be diligent in them, so that your progress will be manifest to all (1 Timothy 4:15).
It is practically a promise that, through diligent meditation and the dedication of the whole mind to the work we have done for the Lord, progress will be achieved that everyone will be able to see, not through hasty reading but through deep meditation that we benefit from the word of God. We will get a real benefit, not by doing much work in a relaxed way, but by dedicating our best thoughts to what we strive to do. Is there a profit on every job? (Prov. 14:23), but there is no benefit in agitation and haste without the true energy of the heart.
- Do we divide between God and wealth.
- Or between Christ and our own?Me.
- We’re not moving forward.
- We must devote ourselves entirely to spiritual things or.
- If not.
- We will be poor merchants involved in heavenly affairs; and.
- In our inventory survey.
- No progress will be made.
Am I a gospel minister? I must be fully involved in this ministry and not waste my energies on secondary interests. What is my relationship with political parties or in vain entertainment?Am I a true Christian? I must make my service to Jesus my occupation, my life, and my only purpose. We must maintain a faithful intimacy with the Lord Jesus to serve Him with zeal; Otherwise, we will not progress, while neither the church nor the world will feel the powerful influence our Lord wants us to exert.
