April 13th? Talk with your tears

Talk to your tears

Verse of the day: He who sows with tears, with joy harvests; He who walks away and cries, sowing, will return with joy, bringing his boots (Psalm 126:5-6).

  • There’s nothing sad about sowing.
  • It’s no more work than harvesting.
  • The days can be beautiful.
  • There may be great hope of harvesting.

However, the psalm speaks of “sowing with tears”. He says someone “walks and cries while planting. ” Then why are they crying?

I think the reason is not because sowing is sad or because sowing is difficult, I think the reason has nothing to do with sowing, sowing is simply the work to be done even when there are things in life that make us cry.

Cultures will not wait for our pain to go away or we will solve all our problems, if we are going to eat next winter we must go to the countryside and sow the seed, whether we cry or not, if you do, the promise of the psalm is that you will “harvest with joy”. Do you want to come back with joy, bringing your packages ?. Not because the tears of planting produce the joy of the harvest, but because the simple seedling produces the harvest, and you must remember it even when your tears make you stop sowing.

So here’s the lesson: when there are simple, direct tasks to do, and you’re filled with sadness and tears flow easily, go ahead and do the work with tears. Say your tears: “Tears, I feel you. It makes me want to give up my life. But is there a field to sow (washing dishes, repairing the car, writing sermon) ?.

Then say, based on the Word of God: “Tears, I know they won’t last forever. The fact that I simply do my job (with tears and all) will finally bring a harvest of blessings. So go ahead, go ahead, if necessary. However, do I believe it (I still don’t see it or still don’t feel it at all)?I think the simple work of my seeding will bring vintage boots. And my tears will become joy?.
