When Raisa woke up, daylight was still soft, the fresh morning smell was a sweet mixture of wet grass and filtered coffee, when she woke up she opened her eyes, felt a little cold and the discomfort of the grass pressing under her little when her mind finally connected with the reality of the new day, a penetrating anguish entered her chest and she felt like vomiting. But contempt is not something we can throw up.
It was only the second day without her mother, who, after drinking this yellowish thing with a strong excess of smell, yelled at Rachel, told her things that her childish mind could not yet understand, but her heart squeezed faster than lightning: her mother hated. her and left her on the street, alone, where they had always lived.
- As he rose slowly.
- Adjusting his blouse and folding an old blanket.
- People felt the bathroom hastily and clothes so soft and geometrically perfect that.
- Honestly.
- He could not understand how it was possible.
His belly began to speak to him, and the language Raisa understood well was hunger! He was ashamed, he couldn’t beg like his mom on the street, ask for money to eat and after all people wouldn’t even look at me: They don’t look at me because I’m too small, they can’t see me And their belly screamed louder. Raisa thought: I think my belly thinks that since they don’t see me, maybe they could hear me. But no one heard the growl of Raisa’s belly and she cried. She cried with fear, hunger and shame. She was sitting curled up on the pavement, her knees bent near her chest; He kissed his legs and stayed there, invisible to the world.
Rejection is not something people can see or perceive when they look at you. Rejection is something that is hidden from the eyes of others, but it can be a fact in your life and a very vivid feeling in your heart. You may feel rejected if you have been disappointed by someone who was responsible for taking care of you. Being abandoned gave her a feeling of rejection. We were certainly not designed to be rejected, abandoned, abused, but after the Fall things can be like this.
Sometimes being left alone in your care can be a source of great sadness and shame; If you’ve never been abandoned, you may not understand who you were; a mixture of guilt and shame: am I not good enough to be loved?, when Christ became man, he was the most rejected among men, he suffered our pains, those pains of the soul that cannot be seen by human eyes; Christ knows our pains because he himself has suffered them; Christ, a wonderful Counselor, can heal our pains. uproot feelings of contempt and abandonment. This place of our soul where pain resides, only Christ can see, penetrate, understand and heal. Christ is enough to turn our suffering into fruits of sanctification.
There is a way for Christ to enter your soul that only he can create. Sheep, remove the debris that prevents Christ from entering this hidden place from his pain. Let the light enter your mind and overflow to your heart.
When Christ, who is our life, comes to you, lets him calm down, opens the doors of your soul, opens the windows of your heart, extends your tent. Stay rich in Christ!
We must work so that the light of Christ enters the rubble of our minds, just as you had to take the stone out of Jesus’ tomb, open your Bible.
The word of God is light for the way, even the way to your heart. Prepare the ground of your mind with prayers to gain understanding as you read the word that is alive and effective. well prepared soil to grow and bear fruit; If you cannot pray, confess it to the Lord: God, I cannot pray; the Lord is our helper.
There is no magic in life being transformed by the Holy Spirit; there is work, discipline and constancy, and for all this we depend on the grace of our beloved Lord. Day after day you have to work. Just as you eat every day so that your body can function, so can our souls; we must constantly nurture it so that the knowledge of who God is accumulates in our minds and hearts. Knowing who God is will give you a reference to who you are and what God has prepared for you.
The insistent and constant reading of the Word of God will make him live in your heart, to be the house of the Holy Spirit will leave no empty space for the thoughts of abandonment that occupy your mind, for God has said that He will never abandon us (He 13:5); he will not abandon us (Gen 28:15; Dt 31. 8); He will not leave us (Deut 31:6) You must believe in the Lord’s promises to stop believing in your own feelings Receive intensive treatment, immerse yourself in the scriptures, read the verse in context, memorize, meditate, be free in Christ, it is our life.
Knowing God’s love by reading the scriptures has the power to heal his wounds. Your mind will be washed, renewed, and agreed with Christ.
