A tip for a member’s pastor in a giant church.

In the last text, I spoke of how a pastor can be sure that he regularly shepherds everyone in his church. I explained a system for praying and contacting all church members in a month. This is based on the grazing efforts of a small church; therefore, of course, I can anticipate the question:

“It’s great, but what about those who are pastors of a bigger church?”

  • Well.
  • The quick answer to this question of how to implement this system in a larger church is that you can’t.
  • At least not on your own.
  • The others should graze with you.
  • However.
  • After spending time serving on the staff of two different churches.
  • Each with more than 1.
  • 500 members.
  • I am sure that each member can still be cared for.
  • Known and prayed by pastors and leaders.
  • As well as contacted one way or another each month.

I think the 28-day table I proposed earlier can be done in a 1:100 report. A pastor/ex/staff for 100 church members. This equates to fewer than 5 people or families per day to pray for and contact, so if you’re in a 500-member church, you only need 5 pastors willing to spend about 30 minutes a day to do so. If you’re in a 1200-member church, you only need 12 pastors to pray and stay in touch with all church members.

Remember that you will not rush into this kind of intentional effort, especially in a large church; in fact, it may be necessary to restructure the way your team is formed and functions, but if you commit and believe that it is. it is possible to guide each member of the church to a certain level on a regular basis, regardless of their size, their joy will increase and the souls of their people will feel more faithfully supported by their leaders (Hebrews 13:17).

Pastors, I do not believe that we are excused from our call to be accountable for every soul (Hebrews 13:17) simply because of the size of our church. Ask God to thank you and perceive how this can be accomplished in your church. for the service of their pastors, deachonos, staff, and other leaders. God will honor your efforts to be faithful in this regard.
