There is another book of wisdom that deserves a brief mention here too: the book of Ecclesiastes. There, Solomon is dedicated to finding meaning in life.

He thinks about social works, engages in social works and discovers that it doesn’t make sense either, then devotes himself to wisdom, literature, writing, meditation and discovers that after a while he is no longer satisfactory. is dedicated to generosity, then asceticism, then to the other thing, and then to another, and in the end, nothing is really satisfying. And your conclusion, at the end of it all? He reaches chapter 12, looks back in his life, the various things he has tried to do, and his efforts to seek pleasure, meaning, realization, and writes, “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the bad days come. and there will come years when you will say, “I am not pleased with it”; of all that has been heard, the sum is: Fear God and keep his commandments, for it is the duty of every man. works for justice, even those that are hidden, good or bad. ?

In other words, when it comes to your teleological vision, a vision of what happens in the end, that you have to live in the light of the end, is wisdom, because we will be accountable to this God, when we feel in our hearts and minds as we age, there must be something else; there must be something more satisfying, there must be something bigger; we are right to hear this incubated voice, because we were made for God, and our souls will be restless until we know Him.
