The CXVI group page aims to bring old hymns into a new form. It was released when Pastor John Piper, on his blog Desiring God, made available some of the band’s songs for free download, where in two days it reached 12,000 downloads. the group comes from the page number of CSLewis’ book “The Nephew of the Wizard,” where Aslan the Lion, with his voice through his singing, makes everything exist in Narnia.
