This pastor certainly wasn’t fired. But he never had a chance to be considered by another church.

Political comments? If you make a political comment about the reality in which we live, you will offend someone, the people you offer may be the ones who take you out of the church.
Are you arguing with Church members? I feel uncomfortable when I see church members post criticism of the pastor or other church leaders, but I feel even more uncomfortable when the pastor decides to do the same, exposing them both on a public discussion forum.
Criticism of others? I have a friend who served as a pastor in four churches, had the pleasure of criticizing famous pastors, celebrities, Christian leaders, among other social media groups, was excused from his last church without being told why. I think I know, why. For the next three years he found no place for the pastor.
Unpleasant comments? There is no gain for a pastor or church leader who makes obscene and unpleasant comments on social media, even if it is a comment about a film or about another person, the consequences will always be negative.
This article does not speak of pastors who lose their prophetic voice, are pastors and leaders who lose their ministry because they cannot control what they say on the Internet.
